Strong freight sales experience in Air, Ocean Freight,
Transportation & warehousing.
Job Description – Roles and Responsibilities
Should have good knowledge of Local & Overseas Network and
relation with Co-Loader and Freight Forwarder, NVOCC, Airlines
and Shipping Line to buy best freight.
Should bring along good customer base with his / her onboard
Should define His / Her ROI plan during Interview Process.
Proven Track Record of achieving sales Number and covering
his/her own ROI with budget set by company.
Capable to hire Operation and support staff within committed
Gross Profit
Should be able to buy and sell 3pl / 4pl, warehousing, contract
Logistics, All Mode of Transportation and CHA service.
Should have experience in FTL (Full Truck Loading Sales) in
case applying for Transport business.
Open for Relocating / Local Travelling as and when needed as
per project / organization requirement
Weekly Sales & Revenue reporting to Overseas Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
03 to 05 years Hard core sales experience in Freight Forwarding
and Transport Industry.
Soft communication Skills, Team Player
Candidate should be decent, aggressive and result oriented.
He / She should have ready business in hand to assist the
company to grow further along with his/ her career
development.
He / She should be well knowledgeable in International Freight,
Transportation & Customs clearance sales with geographical
business ideology.
Independently He/ She will be capable of delivering the
following:
1) Self business generation and end to end execution.
2) Develop overseas as well as domestics vendor, Daily sales visits &
analysis.
3) Pricing, Negotiation skill for better pricing from Overseas agent as
well as local vendors.
4) Sales quotation to the client and subsequent follow up for business
convert
5) Problem solving skills.

Enhance sales process and increase profitability with maximum
focus on compliance
Accept and implement the risk management theories
Ensure complete coordination with operation/customer /finance
team through effective SOPs
Actively assist operations and service departments with
customer implementation, service activities, value delivery and
management
Ensure On time update and generation of reports and
compliance with regards to CRM
Responsible for collection and billing of the executed job
Interviews, hires, trains, evaluates, and manages sales
personnel
Prepares performance evaluations and set sales personnel goals
Provide coaching and mentoring to the Sales Team
Coordinate with account receivables for timely collections
To ensure discipline is followed across work environment
To have cordial and collaborative approach with colleagues, in
same and other business vertical / departments
Technology savvy like excel and PowerPoint presentations,
using zoom/skype meetings
Proper knowledge on costing of each service / product.
Proven track record in commercial decision-making ability.
Experience in managing bids and RFQs, A-accounts, Large
customers.
Ability to read and comprehend legal contracts, liabilities.
Proven track record in business negotiations (Rates as well as
terms of sale)
